How is works

The user takes a photo at the location related to the assignment. It is sent and “saved” on the timestamping platform. A PDF envelope is used to timestamp both the attached photo and a seal that prevents tampering. The user can track the progress of each photo. In the back office, the user and manager can permanently delete one or more photos before selecting the remaining ones to be included in the zip file

The evidence consists of a zip file containing all the selected photos. Each successful certification deducts one or more tokens (or credits) depending on the file size. A lack of “tokens” or “credits” may prevent the use of the application or result in its suspension until more are added.
